These terms apply to quotations, samples and production orders placed with BESDA EL Banner (elbanner.com), Foshan, Guangdong, China. They sit alongside any written quotation or proforma invoice we issue for your project. If a signed agreement exists, that agreement takes priority.

1. Quotations and Validity

Quotations are prepared from the artwork, size, quantity, power supply and packaging you specify. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to artwork, size or quantity after a quotation is issued may change the price and the lead time, and we will confirm any change in writing before production starts.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

We accept low minimum order quantities so you can test the product before committing to a larger run. The MOQ depends on the item, the size and the animation complexity. Bulk pricing is quoted in tiers, and you can mix sizes within one order where the material is the same.

3. Samples and Artwork Approval

For custom EL posters and panels we send a digital mockup showing the illuminated and unlit state. Where a physical sample is required, the sample is produced from your final vector artwork. Mass production only starts after you approve the mockup or sample in writing. Artwork revisions after approval may restart the sampling step.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the artwork, logos and trademarks supplied to us. We use your artwork only to produce your order and do not resell your designs. Files remain confidential and are not shared with other customers.

5. Payment Terms

Standard terms are a deposit to schedule production and the balance before shipment. Exact percentages are stated on the proforma invoice. We accept bank transfer and can discuss other methods for repeat orders. Production slots are reserved once the deposit is received.

6. Lead Times

Lead time starts from the later of deposit receipt and artwork approval. Sample production and bulk production have separate lead times, both stated in writing. Where a deadline is critical, tell us the delivery date before we quote so we can confirm feasibility rather than assume it.

7. Quality Control

Each panel is powered and inspected before packing. We photograph the illuminated result and can send QC photos for your approval before the cartons are sealed. If you require third-party inspection, we cooperate with the inspection company you appoint.

8. Packaging and Shipping

Panels are packed flat or rolled according to the model, with protective layers, desiccant where relevant, and export cartons. We can ship by express, air or sea. Shipping terms are stated on the invoice, and we provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificates needed for customs clearance. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Warranty

EL products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the panel, wiring and driver, for the period stated on the quotation. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect voltage, water ingress, cutting or bending beyond the specified limits, or normal brightness decline over the rated life. Warranty claims are handled with replacement parts or replacement units, and we ask for photos or a short video showing the fault.

10. Returns and Claims

Please inspect the goods on arrival and report shortages or transit damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the carton and the affected units. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced or credited. Custom-printed items produced to your approved artwork are not returnable for reasons of design change.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, port closures, customs holds or government action. We will notify you promptly and agree a revised schedule.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by discussion, it is referred to the competent court in Foshan, Guangdong. We prefer to resolve issues commercially and will always try that route first.
